The Lake Shore Road/Wastewater Committee will hold its regular meeting on, December 17, 2019 beginning at 3:00 PM. The meeting will begin at the site of Port View Road (meeting at address 1826 Port View Road) to review the road conditions. The Road/Wastewater Committee will then immediately return to the Council Chambers to continue their regular meeting where a quorum of the City Council will be present.
The City Council will also hold a special meeting on . December 17, 2019 beginning at 3:00 PM. The meeting will begin at the site of Port View Road (meeting at address 1826 Port View Road) to review the road conditions of Port View Road. The City Council will then return to the Council Chambers to continue their special to coincide with the meeting of the Road/Wastewater Committee.
No action will be taken on site at Port View Road by the City Council or the Road/Wastewater Committee. The Road/Wastewater Committee and City Council shall conduct business as normal upon returning to the Council Chambers from the offsite location.
