May 19 to June 1, 2013 TZD Statewide Seat Belt Enforcement Mobilization.
Lake Shore officers will have additional patrols strictly looking for seat belt violations during the May Seat Belt Mobilization. Officers will be issuing citations for occupants not buckled up. We are asking that everyone in the vehicle be "buckled up" and children be properly restrained. Preventing serious injuries and deaths is our goal. Have a great summer season and drive safely.
Additional mobilizations to follow this summer include additional patrols for speeding and DWI enforcement.
